Yes. The Premier Taxi App allows you to see your driver's location, estimated arrival time and vehicle details in real time.
Do you offer pick-ups or drop-offs at multiple locations?
Yes. Multiple pick-ups or drop-offs can be arranged in advance, and we will confirm the route and quote before you book.
How early do I need to book my taxi?
Advance booking is recommended, especially for airport taxis and long-distance travel. Local journeys often need little notice, and short-notice bookings may be possible subject to availability.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards, and contactless payments in the cab at no extra charge. Corporate account billing is also available.

Fares are calculated based on distance and time in line with local council guidelines. Fixed-price quotes are available for long-distance journeys, airport taxis and selected pre-booked transfers.

Airport
Will you contact me the day before I travel?
No. Bookings are stored in our computer system and allocated to drivers in advance. You are welcome to call us on 01253 407170 if you want to confirm any details before your trip.
Can I arrange multiple pick-ups or drop-offs on one booking?
Yes. If you need more than one pick-up or drop-off point, tell us when you book and we will tailor the route and price to your journey.
Are your airport transfer drivers and vehicles fully licensed?
Yes. All drivers are fully licensed and DBS-checked, and our vehicles are regularly inspected and tested for safety.
Do you provide child car seats or booster seats for airport transfers?
Child or booster seats are not required in a licensed Private Hire or Hackney vehicle. If preferred, we ask customers to supply their own child seat, which we can store securely until the return journey.
Can you handle airport transfers for groups larger than 6 passengers?
Yes. For larger groups, we can allocate multiple vehicles so everyone travels comfortably and on time.
How far in advance should I book an airport taxi?
As early as possible. We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance, especially during busy periods. Short-notice airport taxis can sometimes be arranged, subject to availability.
